1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PDF2DocBot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service Description

PDF2DocBot is an automated PDF to Word (DOCX) conversion service. We provide folder monitoring, automatic conversion, and file synchronization.

The service is provided "as-is" — we don't guarantee perfect conversion for every PDF.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure
  • One account per person or entity
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Plans & Payment

  • Free plan: 10 conversions/month, 1 folder, limited features
  • Starter plan: €5/month or €50/year
  • Pro plan: €15/month or €150/year

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Pro-rata refund available within the first 14 days (EU consumer rights).

5. Acceptable Use

  • Don't upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Don't attempt to bypass plan limits or abuse the service
  • Don't use the service for mass processing of copyrighted material you don't own
  • Don't reverse-engineer or attempt to access other users' data

6. Intellectual Property

Your documents remain yours — we claim no ownership of uploaded files.

The PDF2DocBot service, brand, and code are property of Veylo Dev / LINKARC SRL.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We're not liable for conversion errors, data loss, or service interruptions
  • Maximum liability limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
  • We don't guarantee 100% accuracy of conversions
  • Always verify converted documents before using them in official or legal contexts

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate terms with notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law and EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Brașov, Romania.
